Hello.
I am wanting to get on the sparkpea chat servers...but I cannot connect. I cannot locate the plugin for firefox, and IE doesn't show anything. Can someone help me out here?

For internet explorer you need to allow the download of activeX chat control, you should see a download buz bar at top of screen. For FireFox i would need to know if you are on windows XP or vista first before i could advise

I don't see any download bar at all...

as for what OS, I would have to say XP. This system certainly doesnt look Vista.

Are you using Internet Explorer or FireFox ?

I can use either, and have been trying to use them.

OK, downloaded that, and it is saying I dont have the right Netscape version...
going to try on another computer, and see if it has what I am looking for. If not, then what do you suggest?

Alright...I see programs to use, but I can't figure out how to work them.
I have downloaded both, but then when I open them and try to get them to work, they do nothing. Could you guide me through what I would need to do with either program?

i need help please! ever since spark was down for a few minutes this afternoon, i have not been able to get into any rooms, including the help desk. actually i get in a room and it says connecting then after a minute, a message box pops up and tells me that due to network problems, i am not able to connect to the chat service at this time and to please try again later. well i have been trying for hours and always get the same message. i have tried everything i can think of such as deleting files, cookies, control chat and reloading the chat and rebooting many times and nothing changes. i have also tried using different email addys including my script which will also not connect. am i the only one having this problem and if so can anyone tell me how i can fix it?

Minny,

When the server was reset your script was trying to rejoin to quick for the servers which resulted in you being banned from that server. Which is also the server that the HelpDesk is on. I have cleared this for you and please accept my appologies for this.
