Make a Help Desk for Paid room Owners - Have passcodes on file and Room owner Name - They would get Auto resets when server goes down and then back up: Support in room problems to chatter problems:

You could also have a Script / bot go to supported room to reset pass codes and re owner room on resets:
You can have clinet / bot come to the room to Kick nasty chatters to just greet and check on such paid rooms:

I think Owners would feel they would be getting more and just for a few dollars a year and pennys a day to have support 24/7:

I guess the argument goes both ways for improving service / servers to "why should we pay"

My only argument with Sparkpea is the server reboots and the instability that follows otherwise in my opinion the service and server is very sound, very reliable in terms of uptime and stability and very much at a level or better than a lot of chat servers currently on offer.

I know servers financially don't run on fresh air and someones had to spend to get the service up and running to the level its currently at, however the other side to that is that servers need chatters or residence to make it successful otherwise it goes against the very reason why it was built in the first place.
So, it brings us back to how can we improve (in my opinion) its ONLY fault that currently exists to make it a better place to be , to make it a server people hear about and want to be part of.
EVERY service sucess in this world is dependant on good old "reliability" , a reliable server providing good reliable service and fun things gives chatters no reason to want to leave.
My first suggestion is to fix what is currently proving to be a pain giving the server FULL reliability and everyone reason to stay put (again in my opinion its the server restarts ONLY a pain in the ass)
I know servers do need restarting as I've worked for an internet provider for several years now trouble shooting services from , ADSL , Fibre , Frame Relay , Voip servers, satellite connections to PSTN , ISDN phone services so i'm not just shooting from the hip.
Your techs have been first rate in getting services restored quick, efficient and very polite however it would be great not having to go ask for assitance everytime the server is rebooted as it leaves my room empty and not being able to be attended to until either I awaken or get home from work.

My 2c worth ..... Bring on Reliability and lets go from there.
